Do I need a bachelor's degree in psychology to pursue a Master of Applied Psychology?
No. You can apply to the Master of Applied Psychology degree program with a bachelor's degree in any field.
How long is each online course?
Online courses last for eight weeks. Students take one course per session, subject to availability.
How long will it take to earn my degree?
By following our part-time format you take one course per eight-week session, you will earn your MSAP in about two years. However, you may need to skip a session due to family or job commitments. That's OK. Faculty advisors will help you stay on track.
Will my diploma be different from the one campus students receive?
No. Your diploma will say your degree is from Sacred Heart University, same as our campus students. You will study with the same faculty and complete the same amount of coursework as you would in a traditional classroom.
What types of careers can I pursue with a Master of Applied Psychology?
The MSAP is one of the most versatile degrees available. Graduates will be prepared for careers in human resource management, organizational development, community social service and more. No. There are six opportunities to begin the program during the year. Just choose the start date that best fits your schedule.
